Presentation Format

Oral Presentations will allow for a 12 minute presentation with 3 minutes for questions. (Slide Size of 16:9 preferred but 4:3 works as well)

Poster Presentations must be in PORTRAIT ORIENTATION (AO) The poster easels are oriented in a portrait format so if you have a landscape poster it will not fit properly.

The dimensions for the posters are 84.1 (width) x 118.9 cm (height) or 33.1 x 46.8 inches

Poster Presenters: Please provide 1 powerpoint slide (16:9 preferred but 4:3 works as well) before the morning or afternoon session on the day you present your poster (e.g., if you present your poster in the Monday morning poster session, please provide your slide before the start of the 8h30 talk on Monday. If you present your poster in the Monday afternoon poster session, please provide your slide before the start of the 13h45 talk on Monday). The slide should contain the poster number (found next to your poster on the general program), the title, the authors, a picture of the presenter, and one relevant graphic. If you do not provide a slide, we will use a blank slide that only has the poster number, title, and authors.
