Key dates

• Abstracts can be submitted starting January 1st, 2024.
• Two-page abstracts should be submitted no later than March 15th, 2024 (links to templates can be found in the tab How to submit an abstract)
• Notification on abstract acceptance will be by April 2024
• The day-to-day schedule will be published on this website prior to the conference
• An ice breaker party is scheduled for Sunday September 22nd in the late afternoon. The location will be announced shortly on the website.
• Presentations will be scheduled for the period from September 23rd up to and including Friday September 27th, 2024
• The conference includes a diner and several choices for optional excursions. The excursions could require a small extra fee depending on which you choose. See below for more information and further details on the excursions will be added soon.
• Information on submission of manuscripts for the conference proceedings will be provided during the conference (or earlier if possible)
