Icebreaker Welcome Event and Badge Delivery at the Makila kafé

Please join us at the Makila Kafe, on the coast of the Garonne River, for beverages, snacks and badge delivery. 

Monday September 23rd 7:00pm 

Bord d'Eau Mixer at La Chapelle du Crous.

This event will feature a Live Jazz Band with drinks and snacks abound. Also, enjoy the printouts of the images submitted by PECS Participants. 

Tuesday September 24rd 6:30pm 

Music at the Bistro at The Starfish  

This event will feature a Live Salsa band where participants can enjoy the music or dance. Drinks and snacks will be provided. 

Thursday September 26th 7:00pm

Conference Dinner at the Café du Port

The conference dinner will be held at a restaurant on the banks of the Garonne River.
