We have arranged a discounted price at the Ténéo Apparthotel (Talence Espeletor Talence Centre locations) that includes breakfast. The Talence Centre location is bit cheaper than the Espeleta location, so we ask senior reserachers to book at Espeleta and students at Talence Centre. 

It will take ~7 mins to walk from either the Ténéo Apparthotel Talence Espelta or Talence Centre locations to Salle Agora. The two hotels are ~400 m from one another. You can take Tram B from the Peixotto or Roustaing stops to get to the city center. It will take ~15 mins.
